As a world-class geophysical leader and subsurface project manager, Stijn brings over two decades of global experience in discovering and developing some of the largest gas fields found over the past ten years. At Lapis, he performs the critical role of managing subsurface reservoir risks and assuring the delivery of class VI permits for CCS projects.

Following a legal career at Pennzoil Company and Devon Energy, Bill founded a consulting firm to provide project development advice to energy infrastructure developers worldwide. He supports clients in various functions including negotiations, development strategy, risk assessment and legal management. Bill brings over 35 years of experience to Lapis and will oversee contract development.

Isabelle Pelletier

Senior CCS Geoscientist

A geoscientist with more than two decades of international experience, Isabelle is helping to bring Lapis projects online through expert reservoir characterization and modelling, seismic interpretation, and field management. Isabelle specializes in Data Analysis, Geostatistics, and Flow in porous media, enabling a multi-discipline approach to the modeling process. During her Ph.D in Geochemistry and Hydrogeology, Isabelle fined-tuned an understanding of scales and perspective, which informs her integrated approach to developing a 4D-picture of the subsurface.

With more than twenty years of experience coordinating office management and special projects with a high degree of efficiency, Karran is a seasoned Executive Assistant who has served as a point person for managers, clients, and vendors.
