Lapis Energy Diversity, Equity And Inclusion Statement
Purpose
This document sets forth the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement (the “Statement”) of Lapis Energy LP (“Lapis Energy” or the “Company”) and describes Lapis Energy’s philosophy regarding prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion (“DEI”) at the Company.
This Statement is embedded in all of Lapis Energy’s business practices and decision-making processes and is supported by Lapis Energy’s policies regarding conduct in the workplace, including its equal employment opportunity, anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies set forth in the Company’s Employee Handbook.

In addition, Lapis Energy expects its business partners, contractors, consultants and others who may be assigned to perform work or services on behalf of Lapis Energy to uphold the values as described in this Statement in connection with their work for Lapis Energy.
